Publish workshop details, collect attendee RSVPs and manage the guest list with Invyt.
Workshop organizers need a clear way to communicate when and where a session happens. Invyt provides an event page with the date, time, location, directions and a description. Attendees can RSVP directly on the page without signing up for an account, and the organizer can see the resulting guest records after signing in.
Use a private link for a closed session or publish the event to the directory for public discovery. Keep a guest list with names, response statuses and optional contact details. Pro includes larger event and guest limits, a detailed schedule, guest updates and photos for events where those tools help. These are real in-app features; Invyt does not currently send email or SMS notifications, and it does not promise scheduled reminders. Organizers can share an updated event link when details change.
