Invyt features

QR code invitations that open your RSVP page

Each Invyt event has a link and a QR code for that link. Put the code on a printed invitation, a poster or a message, and guests who scan it land on your event page, where they can read the details and RSVP.

How it works

After you create an event, open its overview to copy the link and download the QR code as an image. The code points to your event page, so you can update the details later without reprinting.

Good places to use it

Printed invitations and save-the-dates, entrance signs, flyers, and social posts all work. Guests only need a phone camera and a browser. Test the code on a phone before printing in bulk.

Keep in mind

A QR code is only a shortcut to your event link. Private events can still be opened by anyone who has the link or code, so share them only with the people you invite.

Questions

Is the QR code free?

Yes. QR invitations are included on the Free plan.

Can I change the event after printing the code?

Yes. The code points to your event page, so edits to the page appear when guests scan it. Changing the event link itself would require a new code.
